We will not enforce a cancellation policy. There will be NO CHARGE to your credit card if you cancel your appointment.

Do not come to your appointment if you have felt sick in the last 14 days, if you are currently feeling unwell, or if you have had any known or high-risk exposures.

Come without makeup and skin products on.

Wear a mask to your appointment.

Come alone to your appointment or have your friend/family member stay in the car.

Come on in when you get here and wait in the waiting room.

Before entering the building, we will take your temperature and other vital signs.

We will give you hand sanitizer and gloves if you wish to wear them during your appointment.

In addition to your medical health history and consent to treat form, you will be asked to sign a new waiver acknowledging your potential risk to COVID-19.

Pictures will be taken quickly with a closed mouth.

Procedures will be done, if possible, with your mask on.

After your treatment we will immediately walk you back outside. We will call you to initiate the touchless checkout with the card on file, redeem any rewards you have and book your next appointment at that time.

Know that we sanitize the treatment room and surfaces between each patient.

We will be wearing masks for your and our protection.

If you are interested in skincare products, please indicate when you book your appointment and we will call you ahead of time to discuss your needs.

At reopening, we will only be providing lower risk procedures such as Botox and some laser. Hopefully Filler and different laser procedures will come soon. This may seem overly cautious, but in these uncertain times it seems prudent to proceed with extreme care to protect both you and ourselves. Thank you for your understanding.
